GB/P/3/12 (C) (28/11/2011) Elder abuse case - daughter received demented mother home from old age home - not provided proper care – use subject’s welfare money to pay for rent – claimed subject to has self-care ability – social worker filed emergency and normal guardianship applications – the Board appointed Director of Social Welfare as guardian – dismissed the Emergency Guardianship application (uploaded on 3 July 2012)
